This Día de los Muertos, Chef Geno Bahena presents El Monarca, a four-course tasting experience inspired by memory, family, migration, and the traditions that connect generations.

Named for the monarch butterfly and its extraordinary journey to Mexico, El Monarca reflects on the connection between those who came before us and those who remain. Each course represents a chapter in this journey:
