Unlock the Secrets of Authentic Mexican Cuisine with Chef Geno Bahena

Join Chef Geno Bahena, the culinary force behind Manchamanteles, for an immersive instructional cooking experiencecelebrating the richness, technique, and tradition of Mexican cuisine.

 

These master classes are chef-led and demonstration focused, designed to share Chef Geno’s methods, recipes, and culinary perspective. Throughout the experience, guests are welcome to volunteer to assist with select techniques—such as frying chiles and supporting key preparation steps—while learning through observation, discussion, and guided instruction.

Class Details

Each class is approximately 2.5 hours and takes place in an intimate setting led by Chef Geno. Guests will gain insight into authentic Mexican cooking techniques, including chile preparation, flavor layering, and regional traditions, while engaging directly with the chef.

 

Dinner is served at the end of each class, allowing guests to enjoy the dishes they’ve prepared together.

 

Each class includes:

  • Chef-led instructional cooking experience with opportunities for guest participation

  • A Welcome drink

  • Dinner and dessert

  • Freshly made mole to take home

 

Price: $110 per person, plus tax and gratuity per class 

Class sizes are limited to ensure a personalized experience.

Private Classes

Private classes are available upon request and are ideal for groups, celebrations, or corporate events.
