7 Moles del Universo is Chef Geno Bahena’s seven-course tasting experience, exploring seven distinct expressions of mole through seasonal ingredients, traditional techniques, and contemporary presentation.

The menu moves from deep and complex to bright, aromatic, and fruit-driven, with each course offering a different perspective on one of Mexico’s most enduring culinary traditions.
