Join Chef Geno Bahena and the team at Manchamanteles for

Patio y Parrilla, a summer Sunday BBQ brunch series celebrating live-fire Mexican cooking and Chicago patio season.

During each brunch service, the Aztec grill moves outdoors as steaks, vegetables, and traditional Mexican specialties are prepared entirely over open flame. Handmade tortillas are pressed fresh throughout service, creating an elevated patio brunch experience centered around smoke, fire, and bold regional flavors.

The Carbón Plate

Each guest will select their preferred protein during brunch service. Every Carbón Plate includes:

  • Rice & beans

  • Guacamole

  • Mashed potatoes

  • Rajas de chile

  • Grilled corn

  • Fresh handmade tortillas prepared outdoors during service

  • Al Pastor — $31

  • Chicken Breast — $31

  • Vegetarian Plate with grilled seasonal vegetables — $31

Seasonal vegetables may include grilled carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, and rotating summer selections prepared over live fire.

Reservation deposits are charged per guest and applied toward the final bill. Pricing is per person before tax and gratuity. Reservations are highly recommended.
